All members of the ADA are able to attend hearings conducted by the reference committees of the House of Delegates and to participate in the deliberations that commence Oct. 14 in Las Vegas.

Nonmembers of the House of Delegates can submit written testimony by 5 p.m. CDT on Oct. 8.

Visit ADA.org/writtentestimony for instructions on how to submit written testimony and to download the reference committee written testimony template.

Nonmembers of the HOD can access the reports and resolutions. Each reference committee has its own pdf.

The 2021 House of Delegates will convene Oct. 13-16 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Delegates must be present to participate and vote in the House of Delegates, but for nonmembers of the House, the livestream broadcast option is available. Register at ADA.org/HODReg to view the livestream broadcast of the meetings of the House.

Seating in the House of Delegates section is limited to delegates, nonvoting members of the House, council and commission chairs, executive directors and secretaries, the president and executive director of the American Student Dental Association, representatives from the American Hospital Association and American Medical Association and members of the ADA Headquarters office staff.

Seating in the alternate delegate section is available only to alternate delegates.

Seating for constituent or component staff and former members of the ADA Board of Trustees is not available this year.
