History lesson, fun at Annual Session

Las Vegas—Annual Session-goers can experience the wheeling and dealing of History’s hit television show “Pawn Stars” when Rick Harrison, Richard Harrison (Old Man), Austin “Chumlee” Russell and Corey Harrison take the LOC main stage on the exhibit floor at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center Oct. 11, 2:30-4:30 p.m., with their Pawn Stars Gold & Silver Roadshow.

Ticket holders may bring a valuable item they’d like to sell to see if the team from Las Vegas’ Gold & Silver Pawn Shop makes an offer.

Tickets are $49 each and a limited quantity will be sold. The first 50 people to purchase tickets will receive a copy of Rick Harrison’s book “License to Pawn.” The ticket price includes appraisal of one item by one of the four Pawn Stars and includes an autographed photo. Only ticket holders will be allowed on stage with Pawn Stars. No refunds will be available.

Ticket holders must be willing to sell the item they bring to the event and must be at least 21 years old. Ticket holders also must arrive at 2 p.m, (30 minutes prior to the show) and must be available until 4:30 p.m. or until their item has been viewed. Items must be hand-carried; firearms and weapons prohibited. Sale transactions for offers will be made at the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop; transportation and escort will be provided to and from Mandalay Bay.

Annual Session attendees who don’t purchase tickets are welcome to be part of the audience for this exclusive event.

For those who would like to pay a short visit to the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop and have a chance at spotting one of the Pawn Stars, the Annual Session tour “Las Vegas Pawn Stars and More” is available.  The tour also includes a visit to the Gambler’s General Store, a stroll along Fremont Street, a drive through Wedding Chapel Row and a stop at the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. This tour is offered on Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.and is $40 per person.
