U.S. Bank invites dentists that are not already cardholders to apply for the ADA Visa Preferred Rewards Signature Card. Approved applicants can earn a $100 statement credit after the first purchase and 0% intro APR on purchases and balance transfers for twelve billing cycles. BMO Harris Bank, endorsed by ADA Member Advantage for practice financing, encourages customers who are concerned about financial challenges as a result of COVID-19 to contact their banker or the dedicated dental practice line at
1-833-276-6017. The bank has recently introduced a flexible financial relief program for personal and business customers, including dentists. BMO Harris Bank has moved to drive-through only service where available to help limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of customers, team members and the communities where the bank operates.

Dentists that have refinanced student loans through Laurel Road, and are concerned about an
impact to their income as a result of COVID-19, may be eligible for a forbearance or an extension. To inquire about forbearance and hardship relief due to the coronavirus outbreak, dentists should contact Laurel Road’s servicing partner, MOHELA, at 1-877-292-6845.

CareCredit, endorsed for patient financing, encourages patients that have CareCredit and are in financial trouble to contact CareCredit to see how they can help. Due to the reduction of on-site employees at call-centers, CareCredit is encouraging the use of their digital servicing tools.
