The hearing on proposed standards provides opportunity for ADA members and other stakeholders to comment on the proposed revisions to the accreditation standards.Comments are due Dec. 1 for the following:
• Accreditation Standards for Dental Hygiene Education Programs (Appendix 2).
• Accreditation Standards for Dental Laboratory Technology Education Programs (Appendix 3).
• Accreditation Standards for Advanced Dental Education Programs in Endodontics (Appendix 4).
• Accreditation Standards for Advanced Dental Education Programs in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (Appendix 5).
To attend the virtual meeting, attendees must pre-register. For more information on the proposed standards revisions and to register, visit ADA.org/coda.
Written comments may be received by email only until the Dec. 1 due date. The Commission office is currently closed and comments will not be received if mailed to the CODA office.
