CDC, ADA experts unpack pandemic’s impact on profession

Thursday’s panel will reflect on how dentistry has come back stronger than ever and what the future holds for practicing dentists.

Moderated by Dr. Marcelo Araujo, Ph.D., ADA chief science officer and CEO of the ADA Science & Research Institute, the panel features Dr. Mia Geisinger, chair of the ADA Council on Scientific Affairs and professor at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, and Casey Hannan, director of the division of oral health in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
