Growth in electronic prescription capabilities is related to the development of electronic data standards, which provide pharmacies and health care entities with an accepted common format for data interchange. This standard will be a ‘continuous maintenance standard’, meaning that as the standard version changes, the current, approved version of the standard will be the SCDI recommended one. National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) Health Information Technology White Papers
The National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) developed these resources to assist safety-net oral health programs in implementing HIT projects and staying up-to-date on the changing environment. NNOHA's HIT workgroup continues to assess the EHR needs of Health Center oral health programs and makes recommendations to guide Health Centers in selecting technology solutions.
