The Health Resources and Services Administration is now accepting applications to the Faculty Loan Repayment Program.
The deadline to apply is June 30 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
Eligible health professionals, including dentists, are invited to apply. If accepted, HRSA will repay a portion of their student loan debt — up to $40,000 over two years — in exchange for service at an eligible health professions school.
Applicants need to meet these criteria:
• Come from a disadvantaged background. HRSA bases this on environmental and economic factors.
• Have an eligible health professions degree or certificate.
• Be a faculty member at an approved health professions school with a contract for two years or more.
