Unless otherwise indicated, all events will occur at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225. The Maryland Street entrance provides the closest access to registration and course rooms.

ADA Hub, Booth 215
All Scientific Session attendees will receive a Scientific Session 2026 tote bag while supplies last, which may be retrieved in the ADA Hub located in the Exhibit Hall with a badge scan. Bags are available to Conference Pass and Exhibit Hall pass holders.
There is basic Wi-Fi (wireless internet) throughout the Indiana Convention Center. If you expect to send and receive large files, it is recommended that you do this before departing home or from your hotel room. The network and password can be found in the ADA Events mobile app.

Shuttle information
All official block hotels are within walking distance of the convention center so you will be close to all the Scientific Session action. Regular shuttle service will not be provided, but if you require special assistance, please contact ScientificSession@ada.org.

Downtown Indianapolis hosts more than 70,000 parking spaces.

Local area safety
Indianapolis has plenty to explore, but as with any city, it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings. We recommend that you remove your badge and lanyard when exploring the city. When possible, it is always great to travel in groups, especially at night, and to keep your belongings secure.

Lost and found
If you find any lost items, please bring them to the Information Desk located in the Crossroads Hallway on Level 1. All items will be turned over to our security team.
