DENTAL PRACTICE GROUP DISCOUNT
Register three or more member dentists or team members from your dental practice for a Conference Pass and receive a discount per person, per pass (excludes Exhibit Hall Only pass). Registrants must all be on the same registration record. Limited-time offer, book early!

Pre-registration is recommended for all courses

Pre-registration secures your seat for presentations and panels until five minutes before the course begins. Your badge will be scanned at the classroom door. If space allows, walk-ins are welcome if a course is not full. Pre-registration guarantees your seat for the duration of a Hands-On Workshop.

FAQ

Badges
All badges will be picked up onsite at Indiana Convention Center, Level 1, in the Crossroads Hallway, outside Hall D. Attendee registration opens on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Head over early to avoid lines on Thursday, Oct. 8!
Cancellation policy

All refunds must be requested in writing to ADA@maritz.com.

Registration Cancellation: To receive a full refund on registration fees (less a $50 processing fee,) all registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by Sept. 18, 2026 at 5 p.m. CT.

After Sept. 18, 2026 at 5 p.m. CT, no refunds will be granted.

Registration transfers: Registration records are non-transferable, and name substitutions are not permitted.

Course changes: You can use credit from one course to purchase a different course of equal or greater dollar value. Course changes will not incur a processing fee. If you elect to change a course, the removal of one course and addition of another course must happen during the same transaction. Any credit due after the course change will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Course cancellations must be received in writing by Sep. 18, 2026; cancellation of a Hands-On Workshop will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation of a Botox or Dermal Filler course will incur a $50 processing fee.

Event ticket cancellation: To receive a refund, all event ticket cancellation requests must be submitted by Sept. 18, 2026.  Event ticket cancellation is not subject to a processing fee.

ADA product cancellation: To receive a refund on discounted ADA products that are purchased through the registration portal, all refund requests must be received Sept. 18, 2026. If you have not received CE from an online course, you can cancel your online subscription by submitting a request by Sept. 18, 2026. Products will begin shipping on Sept. 17, 2026.

The ADA reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category. Any dentist found in a non-Dentist category will be changed to the correct Dentist category and charged the associated fee. A Guest category is not allowed in certain courses and cannot claim any continuing education credits.

International attendees

International ADA members receive member pricing when registering for the ADA 2026 Scientific Session. Nonmember international attendees will have the option to add on a $100 membership fee along with their registration and you will also receive the member pricing. You’ll receive an email once your membership is activated.

When registering, you may request an official Letter of Invitation through the online registration system. Your letter will be available for immediate download as a PDF upon completing your registration, no waiting required.

This letter is intended to support your travel and visa application but does not provide financial assistance. If your visa is denied after registration, you will receive a full refund.

Need a letter before registering or a certificate of attendance? Contact us at international@ada.org. Once your participation is verified, a certificate will be emailed to you.

Registration rules & regulations
  • Name substitutions & course transfers are not permitted.
  • All dentists (practicing or non-practicing) must be registered in a Dentist category.
  • All registered in a Student category must show proper student identification
  • Attendees who do not qualify as (dentist, student or dental team) may register as “Other”.
  • All attendees must show proper identification.
  • Attendees may add guests, friends, family or children to their record, but they will only be eligible to register for the Exhibit Hall Only package. They are not eligible to attend or verify education.

Registration category

  • The ADA reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category. For example, dentists who register in a category other than the correct Dentist category will be changed to the correct ADA Member or Non-Member registration type and charged the associated fee. Please note: Only certain registration types are allowed to access some courses. Choosing a Guest category as a dentist will restrict your access.
Code of Conduct

The ADA is committed to providing all attendees, exhibitors and guests with the opportunity for an enriching, collegial and respectful meeting experience. To that end, the ADA asks all meeting participants not to engage in discriminatory, harassing or otherwise offensive or unprofessional conduct toward others while participating in the ADA 2026 Scientific Session events. The ADA reserves the right to deny further participation of individuals found to have engaged in such activity. Please address any concerns to any available onsite staff member. Your consideration and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Solicitation and Suitcasing Policy

Suitcasing Notice: The ADA 2026 Scientific Session has a no suitcasing policy.

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business or engaging in commercial activity during Scientific Session hours in any space affiliated with the ADA 2026 Scientific Session or any surrounding space, including a hotel room, hotel lobby, restaurant, club or any other place of assembly in close proximity to the ADA 2026 Scientific Session without being an approved registered exhibitor at the ADA 2026 Scientific Session or affiliated with the ADA 2026 Scientific Session.

ADA 2026 Scientific Session attendees are being asked not to meet with anyone that is not officially registered or affiliated with the ADA 2026 Scientific Session, and any person soliciting business in violation of the no suitcasing policy during the ADA 2026 Scientific Session will be asked to leave immediately and may be prevented from attending future ADA Scientific Session events.
