- Flexibility. You can modify your reservation without incurring any charges up to 72 hours before check-in if your plans change.

- Outstanding customer service. Have a question or request? Customer service representatives are ready to help!
- Shuttle buses. Booking within the block gives you a seat on the shuttle bus from non-walking hotels

Housing Deadlines
Hotel reservations or cancellations must be received by Sept. 27 at 5 p.m. CT. Hotels may charge one night’s room and tax after Sept. 27 to guarantee hotel reservations. After Sept. 30, any changes and/or cancellations to existing reservations need to be made directly with the hotel.
Shuttle
Shuttle service will be provided from most official SmileCon hotels during SmileCon days (Thursday – Saturday). View the hotel listing (PDF) to see which hotels will have shuttle service.
