Hotel reservations or cancellations must be received by Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. CT. Hotels may charge one night’s room and tax after Sept. 22 to guarantee hotel reservations. After Sept. 27, any changes and/or cancellations to existing reservations need to be made directly with the hotel.
- The hotel cancellation deadline is Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. CT.
- Before the cancellation deadline, pre-registered courses and events can be canceled and replaced through the registration system or by contacting Maritz Global Events at ADA@maritz.com. There is no penalty to cancel before the deadline.
- After the deadline, no refunds will be granted. This includes absences due to illness, late arrivals, weather, parking, lack of ID, missed flights, or other reasons.
