CHICAGO, January 23, 2025 — The American Dental Association (ADA) is pleased to announce Mr. César R. Barradas's promotion to Vice President of Business Analytics and Insights. In his new role, Barradas will lead the ADA’s strategic analytics vision, ensuring alignment of analytics efforts across the Association and its subsidiaries. His leadership and oversight will drive data-informed decision-making, foster innovation, and deliver actionable insights that support product development, partnerships and operational excellence.
“The ADA's ability to measure and understand our business impact is pivotal to achieving our organizational mission to advance dentistry globally,” said Raymond Cohlmia, D.D.S., Executive Director of the ADA. “César's leadership will greatly inform our strategic operations in service of our profession.”
For more than two decades at the ADA, Barradas has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of International Business Development, Business Analytics and Improvement and Director of Business Analytics and Improvement. Transformative initiatives he has led during his tenure include launching the development of a Data Governance roadmap for the ADA and developing frameworks to enhance the Association’s analytical capabilities. His efforts have extended globally, supporting the ADA’s international growth initiatives and fostering key partnerships. More recently, Barradas has played a significant leadership role in the ADA’s headquarters transition project, managing complex contracts, fiscal oversight and operational execution.

Barradas holds a Master of Science in Applied Technology from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Salesforce Certified Artificial Intelligence Associate.
