2019 DQA Conference
The 2019 Dental Quality Alliance Conference, "Pathway to Improvement", will take place May 17-18 at the ADA Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. This Conference is designed to strengthen in-depth understanding of the quality measurement infrastructure within dentistry by canvassing on concrete opportunities for system-wide improvement.

Hotel and Transportation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted on or before March 15, 2019 for a 100% refund. All cancellations must be made online via the meeting registration page
. Beginning March 16, 2019 refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will not be issued to registrants who no show.
Substitutions for registration are allowed until May 13, 2019 by notifying DQA at email@example.com
. Please include your full name and the full name of the registrant you are replacing.
Payment in full/$250.00 per registrant is required at time of registration. No payment will be accepted during the Conference.

CE and Additional FAQ
Is CE being offered? Conference attendance of both days is equal to a total of ten (10) CE credits. CE approval status is currently pending and will be updated accordingly.
Is there recommended dress attire for the 2019 DQA Conference? Business casual is recommended for both Conference days as well as the Networking Reception.
