ADA Members received Early Bird discounts through May 31 at 5 p.m. CT (Central Time).
Advance registration rates apply June 1–Sept. 20 at 5 p.m. CT.
Standard registration rates apply beginning Sept. 21

Pre-registration is required for all courses, except for courses in Dental Central

Pre-registration is required for all courses outside of Dental Central. Dental Central, Smile Pass and Platinum Smile Pass holders DO NOT have to register for any course offered in Dental Central. Courses in Dental Central are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dental Central Pass holders are eligible to attend the Give Veterans A Smile Mainstage Session and will require pre-registration. This is the only session outside of Dental Central this pass includes.

Pre-registration for Presentations reserves your seat for up to 5 minutes before the published start time. Pre-registration for a paid session — Hands-On Activity or Master Class — guarantees your seat for the duration of the course. Your badge will be scanned at the classroom door. Walk-in seating may be available if a course is not full. Visit the Agenda Builder starting April 15 at SmileCon.org to start creating your SmileCon experience. Then when registration opens on May 8, be sure to log in and sign up for the classes you are interested in. Badges

All badges will be picked up onsite at New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Hall E lobby. Attendee registration opens at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Head over early to avoid lines on Thursday!

Cancellation Policy

All refunds must be requested in writing, please send cancellation and refund requests to ADA@maritz.com.

Requests for SmileCon 2024 registration refunds or cancellations must be received no later than Sept. 20, 2024, for a refund of registration and courses, less a $50 processing fee. Exceptions will not apply. No refunds will be accepted or granted after Sept. 20.

Course changes are permitted, credit from one course can be used to purchase a different course of equal or greater value. The course change must occur during the same transaction. For example, if a course is removed a new course must be added at the same time. Any credit due after the course change is complete will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Course cancellations must be received in writing by September 20, 2024, cancellation of a Master Class or Hands-On Activity will incur a $25 processing fee. Cancellation of a Botox or Dermal Filler course will incur a $50 processing fee.

Event ticket cancellation must be received in writing by September 20, 2024. Event ticket cancellation is not subject to a processing fee. No event ticket refunds will be granted after September 20, 2024.

SmileCon Merchandise cancellation must be received in writing by September 20, 2024. SmileCon merchandise is not subject to a processing fee. After September 20, 2024 all pre-orders must be picked up in person at SmileCon during the published Dental Central hours (Thursday–Saturday). Any order not picked up will not receive a refund.

ADA Product cancellation must be received in writing by September 20, 2024. If you have not received CE from an online course, you can cancel your online subscription by submitting a request in writing. Products will begin shipping on September 15, 2024.

Registration records are non-transferable, and substitutions are not permitted.

The ADA reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category. Any dentist found in a non-dentist category will be changed to the correct dentist category and charged the associated fee. A guest category is not allowed in certain courses and cannot claim any continuing education credits.

International Attendees

When you register for the meeting, you can request an official Letter of Invitation through the online registration system. You can download the letter as a PDF when you complete your registration – no waiting!

This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements but does not extend financial support. If you pay for registration but your visa request is denied, we will issue a full refund.

If you require a letter before you register, please contact international@ada.org.

If you need a certificate of attendance, please contact international@ada.org to request a certificate after SmileCon 2024. Once your attendance is verified, you will be emailed a certificate.
