*Dental Central Pass will grant access to a limited number of Presentations and Experiences & Conversations that take place in Dental Central only. Courses in Dental Central only cover wellness, technology, and those geared toward the dental team.
**Platinum Smile Pass holders can also bring a guest to SmileCon for free! Guests will receive a Dental Central Pass and tickets to Grin & Gobblin’ Fest and A Night at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Additional upgrades will be added and shared here on SmileCon.org.
***Family and friends are welcome to the Night at Universal Thursday and the Grin & Gobblin’ Fest on Friday for an additional fee.

No pre-registration for Presentations

Entry to Presentations is first-come, first-served for Smile Pass and Platinum Smile Pass holders; your badge will be scanned at the classroom door. Visit the Agenda Builder and “Favorite” the courses that interest you. Pre-registration is required for Hands-On Activities.

Badges

All badges will be picked up onsite at Orange County Convention Center. Attendee registration opens at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4. Head over early to avoid lines on Thursday!

Cancellation Policies

To cancel registration and housing reservations and request a refund, email ADA@maritz.com. All cancellation and refund requests must be received by Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. CT. After this date, no refunds will be granted. For detailed refund policies, visit SmileCon.org.

International Attendees

After you register for the meeting, you will get an official Letter of Invitation through the online registration system. Be sure to enter the appropriate information requested by the system. You can download the letter as a PDF when you complete your registration – no waiting!

This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements but does not extend financial support. If you pay for registration but your visa request is denied, we will issue a full refund.

If you require a letter before you register, please contact international@ada.org.

If you will need a certificate of attendance, all certificates will be sent via email. Please contact international@ada.org to request a certificate after SmileCon 2023. Once your attendance is verified, you will be emailed a certificate.

Registration Rules & Regulations

• Name substitutions & course transfers are not permitted.
• All dentists (practicing or non-practicing) must be registered in a dentist category.
• All registered in a Student category must show proper student identification.
• Attendees who do not qualify for dental team or allied health categories may register as a Guest.
• All attendees must show proper identification.
• Each event ticket can only be used one time. If the ADA determines that your event ticket was used more than once, you will be charged for an additional ticket.

Health & Safety

Remember the 4 Ws

• Wear a mask—Wearing a mask is optional, however if you choose to do so, wear it over your nose, mouth and chin.
• Wash your hands—Wash your hands for at least twenty seconds and frequently use hand sanitizing stations.
• Watch your distance—Be mindful of maintaining distance and respect people’s comfort levels of personal boundaries.
• Wellbeing Check—To attend SmileCon, you should have no known exposure to or symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days. If you are experiencing any COVID-19-related symptoms, please stay in your hotel room and contact the hotel medical team.
