1. Exclude Auto Confirmation Email Process
Previously, states would need to inform the ADA Aptify Support Team if they wanted to exclude specific product categories from the process because the system would send the ADA default message templates if a template was not selected in the product category record. Now, states can manage which product categories they want excluded from the 'Order Confirmation' and/or 'Shipment Confirmation' email process by not selecting a template in the 'Order Confirmation' template and/or 'Order Shipment Confirmation' template fields as shown below. If both fields are populated. an email will be sent twice, once when the order is saved with the order submit box checked and also when the order has been shipped.
(The default ADA message templates will still be sent out for ADA products if those fields are left blank, unless otherwise notified to exclude it from the process).
